Independent. Family-owned. Established 1986.
About Johnson Truck & Trailer
For nearly four decades, our family has helped commercial operators keep working—with practical service, seasoned parts knowledge and the persistence to find what others cannot.
Our story
Regional roots. Commercial know-how.
Johnson Truck & Trailer began in 1986 as a family-owned commercial truck repair and parts business serving Northwest Arkansas.
Instead of becoming a national dealership, Johnson concentrated on being the regional team customers could call for heavy-duty truck repair, commercial fleet maintenance and difficult-to-find replacement parts.
That focus still guides the business today: understand the application, ask the right questions and help customers find a practical path forward.

The hard-to-find is familiar territory
Johnson developed a reputation for sourcing specialized components that many general repair shops do not stock. Our parts conversations often begin with an application, a measurement or a problem—not just a part number.
Brand names identify equipment applications and parts-search experience only. No manufacturer authorization or dealer relationship is claimed.
Supporting local fleets
Close to the customer. Focused on uptime.
From our Lowell location, Johnson supports Northwest Arkansas businesses and public-service fleets with heavy-duty truck service, fleet parts and equipment knowledge.
Nationwide parts solutions
